Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber, very filling, and delicious. They can be eaten boiled, baked, steamed, or fried.

They are an excellent source of beta carotene, vitamin C, and potassium as well as a decent source of Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B5 and Vitamin E.
