Make and Take It Workshop Series

Hands on cooking classes where you get to take home what you make to enjoy at a later date.

Make it and Take It Jam Workshop: Jam
Sunday July 8th 2:30PM to 4PM
Learn how to make jam with the last of the strawberry crop and our own raspberries.
Participants will enjoy a behind the scenes wagon ride and visit to the berry crops with Farmer Jim.
Each participant will go home with 1 jar of each strawberry and raspberry jam.

Learn how to make two delicious soups. Soups are a great way to use left over meats and vegetables and keep well to enjoy after a cold winter’s day.

Make and Take It Workshop Series: Salad in a Jar
When: Sunday May 27th, 2018
2:30 to 4:00 PM
Cost $35+ HST
(CSA Members save 20%)
Limit to 15 participants

Participants will take home  5 salads for the upcoming week. These make the perfect grab and go lunches and store well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
