A delicious, quality cheese from a family run dairy goat operation located in St. Clements just outside of St. Jocobs. This is our second year as of carrying this cheddar cheese and good reviews keep coming in.

Personally, I think the best compliment which applies to this cheddar cheese is that it doesn’t taste like the Billy goat smells. It has a nice mild flavour.

The goat milk in this cheese is pasteurized.
