Our Apple Cider is 100% fresh-pressed apple juice and is not from concentrate. It has no preservatives or extra sugar added, providing a thirst-quenching, healthy, and natural alternative to sugar-filled beverages. Pressed here on our farm on a mobile cider press by the Geissberger Farmhouse Cider boys the last Sunday in October. The cider is pressed from our own and locally grown Ontario apples, pasteurized, then into a vacuum bag all on the trailer. No refrigeration is needed due to the bag in the box packaging. The cider has a full years shelf life (3 months once opened). Cider makes for a great gift for family, friends, colleagues, and employees.  It's delicious warm or cold. Use it in cooking as well.
