Small batch, handcrafted, authentic! Produced by Maple Dale Cheese in Plainfield, Ontario, this 2 Year aged White Cheddar is smooth and creamy with a sweet, nutty flavor and a pleasant sharpness. It makes for a nice snack, an accompaniment to a charcuterie platter, or in baked dishes. We have a long history with Maple Dale Cheese having sold it for years at our Markham farm location. We chose Maple Dale at that time because they were family-owned and operated producing quality cheese. They still are and have been in business since 1888. We are pleased to be offering Maple Dale Cheese in our market product selection
