Our sausage is made the old fashioned way, no fillers or additives – just good quality pork and a little seasoning. The sausage is very lean and for best results we suggest you boil it first to cook it then broil, BBQ or fry.

Apart from enjoying the animals for who they are we find the meat they give us is healthier and the flavour exceptional. Check out our pork, chicken and locally produced ground beef. We also have fresh turkeys available Thanksgiving and Christmas – by special order only.
