2018 Calendar of Events

Our Corn Maze is now OPEN!

There are lots of good things to celebrate about September, a month of transition between summer and fall.  We celebrate this time with the official opening of our 2 acre corn maze.

It’s a chance to get lost for awhile seeing only blue sky and corn stalks.  Take a moment to relax, listen to the quiet of the country or the panic in the voices of those lost.  Don’t worry, you’ll always get out in the end.  Best advice – follow your kids. They seem to have a sense of how to make it to the end.

Corn maze activity is available during our open hours and is included with admission.  We are open Labour Day weekend including Monday 9:30-5:00 with all our weekend activities.  (Farm’n’Fun area closes to new admissions 1 hour before the farm closes)

7th annual Apple Cider Pressing Day

October 28th

Time to press Apple Cider!

The Geissberger brothers from Farmhouse Cider bring in their mobile cider press to turn our Ontario grown apples into sweet apple cider.  An interesting process with a very tasty outcome.  Get some hot off the press!  Their packaging – bag in the box – keeps the cider fresh for a year with no need for refrigeration.
Another great way to celebrate the harvest.
