Bee-zy times at the Farm
Hey there folks!
It’s been a while since you’ve heard from me, and that’s because I have been bee-zy at the farm (see what I did there)
We have been harvesting our in-season veggies - Asparagus and Rhubarb and planting some delicious produce, including strawberries, tomatoes, and Swiss Chard!
The highlight of my day is the animal barn because guess what? We have not 1, not 2, but 4 baby goats jumping around waiting for you! Their little tail wags will melt your heart.
Also, we have great egg-spectations from our new baby chicks who are real sprinters in their little incubators. (It’s getting a little punny in here today). Proud to say we are still celebrating our blossoms and babies’ season at the farm.
Do you know what else is getting to me? The smell of the pies. It’s almost like a scene out of the movies as I follow the smell of apple pie into our market every morning.
I must say, it's been tough working in the heat making sure that we plant and harvest our plants on time but every time we see our produce sell, we feel accomplished!
Unfortunately, it's time for me to get back to the field but I look forward to seeing you explorers around celebrating the spring season with us!
