Thanks to an abundant Fall Squash Harvest, we were able to process some of our squash for you to enjoy all year! Our Delicata squash has a very thin and tender skin, which means, when roasted properly it can be eaten! We find cooking this squash at a lower temperature, but slightly longer time, enables the sugars to caramelize and the skin to soften. Simply toss in oil and your choice of spices right out of the package and cook from frozen for best results. One package contains approx 30 pieces. -
